Neither the Coconut Grove Sailing Club, PHRF/SEF, their officers, race committee, nor members assume or accept any liability or responsibility for property damage to any boat, nor any personal injury to a skipper, crew, or friend suffered while participating in these races, including pre-race and post-race activities. The term "skipper" as used in the sailing instructions shall mean the person, whether or not the owner of the boat, who is designated on the entry form as skipper and who is in charge of the boat.
